The new Kia Ceed Sportswagon Plug-In Hybrid is a sporty estate with a futureproof powertrain. It’s powered by an 8.9kWh lithium-polymer battery pack, a 44.5kW electric motor and a 1.6 GDI engine with EV, Eco and Sport drive modes. It boasts an electric range of around 30-miles with a handy 60bhp on tap on electric propulsion only. In Hybrid mode, it kicks out a decent 139bhp and 265Nm of torque.
